Product Overview
HYD Technology has specifically designed an NMU network management card used in correspondence with its 1000 series products. This card can function with the full-line communication products present in the 1000 series.
This card uses an ARM processor that is a high-speed processor that processes robust data quickly and also provides management interfaces like graphical, CLI, browser, and many more for the devices. Ít is based on the B/S and C/S design which offers server and standalone versions.
The network operations and enterprise may make the most of this card because of its capability to deploy multiple scales. It also leads to building network management solutions to manage the network efficiently.
- Offers hot-swappable support keeping the business card unaffected in case of failure.
- Offers online upgrades local as well as remote without causing any disruption in the normal operations of the service cards.
- Based on SNMP, the unified network management platform is also supported and includes multiple methods like CLI, NetRiver, and Web.
- Comes with three ports that support SFP optical, two electrical ports of RJ45, and a console serial port, which also offers network management cascading in-band and out-of-band.
- Comprises multilevel topologies for networking and management functions, identifies the network topology and creates the display graphics.
- Use TMN specifications so that the functions like monitoring and deployment, configuration, software upgrade, alarm management, etc, can be implemented.

Application 1:
The NMU facilitates the condition of the applications, which are efficiently distributed and create an integration between the number of jobs in a controlled way. Hence this reduced the complexity involved in the overhead implementation and instead carried out a patchwork implementation.
Application 2:
The Network Management unit also allows for observing strict isolation created between the two jobs on the same network and controls the access to the network from entering. This isolation created by the system simplifies the entire communication process, keeping unauthorized entities away.
