Product Overview
The 40G transponder developed by HYD Technology is a perfect platform or module that could solve all the issues you might face in transmission lines of optic fiber, like loss of line or lack of fiber resources.
This transponder can implement the protocol rate of around 40Gbit/s through 3R signal regeneration. It can help convert the signals to DWDM wavelength by utilizing the multiplexer and demultiplexer to divide signal transmission.

Application 1:
This transponder can help convert the incoming signals into ITU standard precise wavelength, and the 40G signal can be broken into 4 signals of 10G each. The OEO will then help convert these wavelengths to CWDM/DWDM to multiplex these wavelengths.
Application 2:
This transponder can easily be opted for integrating multiple fiber kinds and can be used as a repeater to convert weaker signals to stronger ones.
It can convert the ethernet signals of 40Gbps in the wavelength matching the CWDM and DWDM infrastructures used in the network allowing network operators to deploy a wide range of media conversions.
